RepDawn Terms of Use

These terms apply together with the terms of the store you downloaded RepDawn from: Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement or the Google Play Terms of Service. By using RepDawn you agree to both.

Subscriptions and free trial

• RepDawn requires a subscription: RepDawn Pro Monthly or RepDawn Pro Yearly. Prices are shown in the app and on the store's purchase screen in your local currency.
• New subscribers get a 7-day free trial (once per Apple Account or Google account). Payment is charged to that account when the trial ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged within 24 hours before the end of the period.
• Manage or cancel in RepDawn (Settings › Subscription), in your Apple Account settings, or in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions. Cancelling stops future charges; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
• Refunds are handled by the store under its policies: Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google Play (play.google.com/store/account).

Exercise and health

RepDawn asks you to do physical exercise. Do not exercise if you are injured, ill, pregnant without medical advice, or have a condition that makes exercise unsafe; consult a doctor if unsure. Use the Emergency skip whenever you need to. Rep counting is automatic and may be imperfect. RepDawn is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. You exercise at your own risk.

Alarms

We work hard to make alarms reliable, but alarms depend on your phone, its settings, battery and operating system. Do not rely on RepDawn as your only alarm for anything critical.

Your account

Keep your device secure. You may delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, RepDawn is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed appointments or injury from exercise. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
